The B&B "La Terra di Archimede" is located in the heart of Syracuse, immersed in the history of the glorious city, which, besides being a protagonist in the historical events linked to the Greek empire, was also the birthplace of the great inventor Archimedes, as our name itself suggests.
We are located within a delightful, flowered courtyard that surrounds an ancient palace.
The location is also excellent for reaching the main archaeological sites of Syracuse on foot, including the Greek Theatre, the Ear of Dionysius, and all the wonders that make this city unique
Furthermore, it takes only 5 minutes to reach the marvelous Ortigia, once the stronghold of the tyrant of Syracuse, Dionysius, today a melting pot of history and beauty, a crossroads of styles and cultures that have followed one another through the centuries and a jewel of the Mediterranean.
The rooms are all very comfortable, air-conditioned, with wireless internet access, daily cleaning, and all the intimacy and relaxation
