Out of respect for all guests and the peaceful river surroundings, loud talking, music, or any form of disturbance—whether during the day or at night—are not permitted. Sound carries very far across the water, and even daytime noise can disturb other guests who are here to relax and enjoy the tranquillity. We’re sending this message in advance so that you know exactly what to expect before your arrival. If you’re looking for a place where you can play music or host a party, we completely understand — but our property would unfortunately not be the right fit. In that case, you are welcome to cancel your booking and find accommodation better suited to your plans. Please also note that Out of Africa on Vaal is not located close to any shops, so we strongly recommend that you bring along all the food, drinks, and other supplies you might need for your stay. Once you are here, it’s not possible to “quickly pop out” to a store. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
