⁠No parties or events are allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted. Please respect the building’s quiet hours: from 10 PM to 8 AM. Use the furniture, appliances, and all apartment amenities with care. Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you are not in the apartment. Dispose of garbage in the designated collection points of the building. For safety reasons, minors are not allowed to stay unsupervised on the balcony, common areas, or the beach. Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising them at all times. We are not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from non-compliance with this rule. Wristbands for Access to Common Areas As mandated by the administration of Edificio Morros 922, all guests must pay a fee of COP $20,000 per person to receive a wristband allowing access to the common areas. Important: This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid directly at the reception (via card terminal) at the time of registration. Wearing the wristband is mandatory throughout the entire stay. Building Security and Coexistence Rules According to the Horizontal Property Regulations and the Coexistence Manual of Edificio Morros 922, temporary guests are not allowed to receive visitors, either in the apartments or in the common areas. Apartments have a maximum occupancy limit based on the number of bedrooms. Hosting more people than stated in the listing is not allowed, not even for an additional fee. This rule is mandatory and non-negotiable, as per the building’s Horizontal Property Regulations. By registering at the building's reception, guests agree to comply with the internal regulations. All guests must present an original identification document at check-in: Colombian ID (physical or digital), RC, TI, or NUIP Passport with entry stamps (foreigners) MERCOSUR: must present the travel slip Venezuelans: only PPT or passport is accepted Copies, PDFs, driver’s licenses, or other documents are not accepted. Check-in cannot be completed without the required documentation. Minors: If a minor is not traveling with both parents, a notarized and authenticated authorization must be presented, along with: A copy of the minor’s identification document (RC, TI, NUIP) Photocopy of both parents' IDs Explicit authorization from the parents or guardians allowing the minor to stay as a guest This requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and Law 1098 of 2006. If the documentation is not provided, the minor will not be allowed to enter under any circumstances. Check-in cannot be completed if this documentation is incomplete. Personal Belongings We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal items. We recommend keeping all valuables stored safely. Pet Policy Pets are allowed under certain conditions. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, the following rules must be observed: Additional Costs: An extra cleaning fee is charged per pet, as deep cleaning with additional staff is required. If a pet enters the apartment without prior authorization, a COP $200,000 fine will be applied for non-compliance. Pet Rules: A vaccination card must be submitted in advance and presented at reception during check-in. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. They are not allowed to relieve themselves inside the apartment or in common areas. Towels, bedding, dishes, or other apartment items cannot be used for the pet. Guests must bring: Bed Towel Food and water bowls Any other necessary accessories Any damage caused by the pet will result in an additional charge. Pets are not allowed in the building’s common areas. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
