Guests will find linen (towels and sheets) upon arrival. No linen changes are provided unless requested and paid for separately. Smoking is prohibited in the house or inside the condominium. The apartment is not available for parties or meetings. Animals are not allowed unless prior authorization is given by the owner. Before your departure, in order to facilitate the arrival of the next tenants, we kindly invite you to throw away all waste from inside the house, leave the dishes clean, turn off the lights, air conditioning or heating for us and for your 'environment. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so that we can be prepared to welcome you appropriately.
