For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access To facilitate deposit management, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online by simply entering a bank card number, without impacting the guest's account balance. Swikly avoids sending transfers or cash or blocking a bank card. To deposit the deposit, simply click the Swikly link sent by the owner and follow the steps outlined, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the Guest will not be charged the amount requested, but authorises such a charge in the event of damage. Bank charges for depositing the deposit are the responsibility of the Guest and will be charged directly by Swikly upon acceptance of the authorisation (1% of the deposit amount). Otherwise, Swikly will charge the security deposit for damages when the owner has deducted the amount of the damages plus 5.6% to cover collection costs. Please note that third parties are not permitted to book on behalf of guests. The booker must be the guest checking in at the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
