1) House cleaning. For stays longer than 6 (six) nights, our staff will be required to carry out weekly cleaning of the rooms and replacement of linen with an extra payment of €100 with times to be agreed (The final cleaning indicated in the announcement is intended for the arrangement and restoration of the accommodation at check-out.). The weekly cleaning intervention involves: washing the floors, general cleaning of the toilet such as toilet, bidet and shower etc., cleaning the kitchen floor, changing bed and bathroom linen. The guest must pay the requested amount directly to our staff or with other methods to be agreed upon at check-in. 2) Waste management. Daily waste must be treated and disposed of according to very specific rules on which we ask for maximum diligence based on the collection calendar that the guest will find in the residence. Any waste that will be produced during the stay will be carefully and immediately differentiated: wet waste and food scraps in the appropriate bag, avoiding drips. Plastics placed in the appropriate container. Glasses and latins placed in the appropriate container and delivered outside the evening before collection. After disposal by the urban waste disposal service, the guest will have to collect the container. If the waste is not collected by the urban garbage service, the guest must promptly notify the Host. In the event that at the time of check-out the Host or the cleaning staff detect abundant and undisposed waste which due to the guest's carelessness or negligence has not been sent for disposal, the Sardegna Explora organization reserves the right to apply sanctions against the guest, reporting through photographic material the bad conduct and non-application of the rules directly to the platform from which the booking was made (OTA) which will withhold a sum varying from € 100 to €300. 3) Management of bed and bathroom linen. The guest will find a set of linen supplied in the home consisting of bidet, face and shower towels, shower mat, sheets and, in the winter period, duvet covers and duvet covers. These must be treated by the guest only in their natural function, avoiding being used for other purposes. The guest must avoid using the set of bath towels to free the body from sunscreens or other types of alien products which inexorably tend to stain the linen. The same rule must be considered for bed clothing which must be used harmoniously, avoiding being greasy through the use of body creams, make-up products, blood loss which creates harmful stains on the clothing itself. In the event that upon check-out the Host or the cleaning staff detect stains that are harmful or not suitable for the use of the linen set, the Sardegna Explora organization reserves the right to apply sanctions against the guest, reporting the bad conduct and non-application of the rules via photographic material directly to the platform from which the booking was made (OTA) which will withhold a sum varying from €100 to €300This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
