Important information
PROHIBITION OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION. All sexual practices or activities with persons under the age of 18 are prohibited. The service provider reserves the right to refuse admission to minors who are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Please note that the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors in the country are criminally punishable under Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001.
PETS. Up to two small breed pets (up to 40 cm from the ground to the back) are allowed for an additional fee of $20.00 each per stay, under the following conditions:
• Hygiene and Control: The Host Guest is responsible for immediately picking up pet feces, both inside and outside the property, and for keeping the areas clean at all times.
• Access Restrictions: Pets are not allowed in the rooms or on or sleeping on the beds, furniture, or any other furnishings. Guests must bring their own pet bedding and supplies.
• Liability for Damage: The Primary Guest will be solely responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the property, furniture, gardens, or any other items. The cost of repair, replacement, or deep cleaning resulting from such damage will be borne by the Guest.
• Constant Supervision. Pets must be accompanied by a person at all times and should not be left alone or locked up, to avoid accidents, inconvenience to others, or stress for the animal.
• Violation of the Pet Policy: If, at check-in, the Primary Guest arrives with more than two pets or with pets that do not meet the stipulated size and breed requirements, boarding services will not be provided. In this case, the Accommodation Agreement will be unilaterally terminated due to noncompliance by the Guest, and 100% of the first night's stay will be charged as a penalty, with no refund.
CLEANING IN THE PROPERTY. The property is rented without daily cleaning service. The cost of the additional cleaning service is $50,000 per day for two (2) hours of work.
Bed linens, towels, and toilet paper and liquid soap will be changed every 5 days if the stay exceeds this time.
Since the cleaning fee is not included in the reservation, guests are requested to leave the accommodation in the best possible condition upon departure. This entails: 1. Collecting all generated trash and depositing it in the designated areas. 2. Properly washing kitchen utensils used.
The following services are not included in the regular cleaning service and will have an additional charge if necessary due to improper use, staining, or damage:
• Additional mattress cleaning is $100,000 per mattress.
• Additional mattress protector cleaning is $40,000 per mattress.
• Cleaning service for walls other than tiled walls is $30,000.
ACCIDENTS. Guests are required to inform the service provider of any accident, incident, or injury within the facilities (before leaving their stay) so that the necessary corrective and preventive measures can be taken.
The Guest declares that they have been informed and accepts that the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, illnesses, animal bites, or any other event that occurs within the facilities. The Guest assumes full responsibility and expenses associated with any such incident, exempting the Service Provider from any legal liability.
Water Quality and Consumption
The Service Provider informs the Guest that, due to the variability in water quality in the region, tap water is not suitable for direct human consumption. It is strongly recommended to boil water before consumption or use bottled water.
The accommodation provides access to water as a basic service for sanitary and cleaning purposes, but not for direct consumption without prior treatment. The Guest is responsible for their own health and safety in this regard, releasing the Service Provider from any liability arising from the consumption of unboiled or untreated water.
GUEST OBLIGATIONS. The Guest agrees to:
1. To register, all guests must present a valid identification document (citizenship card for Colombians or passport for foreigners). Minors must present a valid identification document.
2. Pay the lodging fee according to the agreed terms.
3. Use the furniture, fixtures, equipment, and items provided for their service in a manner that is appropriate for their needs.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
