House Rules 1) Smoking is permitted on the terrace, not inside. 2) If any damage is caused to the apartment, the security deposit will be forfeited. 3) The security deposit will be returned upon inspection of the apartment (approximately 2 days). 4) Trash must be removed from the apartment. 5) Any used kitchen utensils must be left clean. 6) No overnight stays may be allowed unless the owner has been notified. 7) Please keep doors and windows closed when leaving the apartment. 8) Please refrain from making noise that might disturb the neighbors after midnight.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
