Check-in and key collection take place at the reception desk at 14 Hubala Street in Gdańsk. Keys can be collected from the reception desk Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on weekends and public holidays from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Guests can also use the virtual reception service to collect their keys outside of office hours. In this case, keys will be placed in a locker in the building where the apartment is located. To use this option, please contact the property the day before arrival. For New Year's Eve or special events, a security deposit of PLN 1,000 is required. Payment must be made by credit card. Refunds are due within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card after a prior inspection of the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
