If you are travelling from Rotorua to Whakatane - I am 45 mins from the airport on State Highway 30. After 40 minutes you will pass through a small settlement called Te Teko. My driveway is 5 kms further on. 1 Km after McDonald's Road. You will see a stone entrance with the name Otumahi Views on the right. Go up the driveway of 1 km to the top of the hill. If you are travelling from Whakatane, I am 15.5 kms from Whakatane on the way towards Rotorua.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
