Screening: This is an Oak Park, IL licensed short term rental property, and has been inspected to meet the safety requirements for your accommodation. As such, before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so within 48 hours of your booking (or 12 hours if booking a stay in less than 24 hours) at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process and avoid disruption in your booking. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. *Secondary guests: please add all verified guests to the booking, or via Booking.com's messaging thread, message all guests' full names on the reservation within 48 hours of booking (or 12 hours if booking a stay in less than 24 hours). This is to comply with city regulations. Please communicate with host if you have any challenges doing so to avoid disruptions to your reservation. Visitors are allowed from 7:00 AM to 10 PM. The fireplaces are for decoration only. Please do not start a fire in any fireplace. Smoking on site will incur an additional fee of 300 USD. Guests are required to clean the dishes prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional fee. 50 USD applies.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
