For your comfort and tranquility, you will be our only guests. The Semnoz room of 33 m2 is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a desk, and a living area with TV. The Bauges room of 24 m2 is equipped with 2 single beds and a living area. Each room is large enough to add an extra single bed. Our house is located in a quiet residential area of Annecy, 6 km from the historic center and the lake. Bus nearby. We offer a "table d'hôtes" (home-cooked meal) in the evening by reservation: €25 for ages 12 and up, €15 for ages 6 to 11, €10 for ages 3 to 5, drinks included. We offer Savoyard dishes but are also open to any suggestions. Access to the swimming pool in summer from 9 am to 12 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.
