Suite with 1 or 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. The second bedroom is available for groups of 4 or more. Private shower room. For your comfort and tranquility, you will be our only guests. The Semnoz room, 33 m2, is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a desk, and a living area with a TV. The Bauges room, 24 m2, is equipped with 2 single beds and a living area. Each room is large enough to add an additional real single bed. Our house is located in a quiet residential area of Annecy, 6 km from the historic center and the lake. Bus nearby. We offer a "table d'hôtes" (shared meal) in the evening, by reservation: €25 for ages 11+, €15 for ages 6-10, €10 for ages 3-5, drinks included. We offer Savoyard dishes but are also open to suggestions. Access to the swimming pool in summer from 9 am to 12 pm and from 5:30 pm to 8 pm. There is an independent cat that comes and goes freely.
