Important information
AIR CONDITIONING AND CENTRAL HEATING:
The air conditioning works autonomously in each of the different rooms, thanks to the thermostat located in each room. If you activate it, remember to close the windows to avoid wasting energy.
The central heating works automatically between November and April, from 7am to 12pm and from 6pm to 11pm.
UNDERFLOOR HEATING IN BATHROOMS
The underfloor heating in all bathrooms will be in operation between November and April.
HEATING OF THE SWIMMING POOL
The heating of the swimming pool will be in operation between November and April.
WATER
It is not advisable to use tap water in the house. We recommend the use of bottled water.

GARDEN AND POOL MAINTENANCE
Garden and pool maintenance will be carried out by our staff several days a week. Please note if you are in the house, although they will contact you before you enter the house to let you know. If you are not at that time, they will enter the playground, garden and pool area, but not the house.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
