Once the reservation is made, guests must pay a €100 security deposit and register all travelers through the link that will be provided via messaging at the time of booking. If these two requirements are not completed at least 7 days before check-in, the reservation will be canceled due to non-compliance with the conditions. For reservations made less than 7 days in advance, guests will have 1 hour from the confirmation to fulfill both requirements or cancel free of charge. After this period, if the deposit payment and traveler registration have not been completed, the reservation will be immediately canceled due to non-compliance.
