Keys will not be provided before 17:00, unless it has been previously agreed upon with the property. If check in must be done after the official times (17:00 to 22:30), guests must contact the property directly and will need to pay an extra fee of EUR 30 in cash. From 23:30 onwards, keys cannot be provided in order to ensure neighbours rest (except in major force circumstances). Please note that pets must be kept on a lead while on the property. The minimum age for the reservation holder to check in is 30 years old. Guests under the age of 30 may stay at the property provided they are accompanied throughout their stay by the reservation holder, who must be at least 30 years old.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
