Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

A surcharge of EUR 35 per hour applies for arrivals between 19:00 and 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Towels can be rented for EUR 7 per person per stay.
Dogs under 30 kg are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 80 per week. Please note that cats are not accepted on site.
