EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT Standard check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee of €30 per hour (or part thereof), always subject to availability and prior express confirmation by the host. This amount must be paid in cash directly to the cleaning team upon arrival, as they will need to attend the property outside the standard arrival hours. Please note: • Early check-in: availability can only be confirmed the day before arrival. • Late check-out: availability may only be confirmed on the day of departure, as we may receive a last-minute booking and need sufficient time to prepare the property for the next guests. Requests made in advance are welcome, but a request does not constitute confirmation or guarantee availability. The standard check-in and check-out times remain applicable unless an alternative time has been expressly confirmed by the host. LATE CHECK ARRIVALS For arrivals after 8:00 PM, an additional €15 late arrival fee applies. This amount must be paid in cash directly to the cleaning team upon arrival, as they will need to attend the property outside the standard arrival hours. SWIMMING POOL SAFETY FENCE A safety fence can be installed around the swimming pool upon request, subject to prior notice. The cost for installing and removing the fence is €60, which must be paid in cash directly to the cleaning team upon arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
