Please note that when 3 rooms or more are booked under the same details, they will be considered a group reservation. Booking and cancellation policies for group reservation are:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is payable within 14 days of the booking date
- The 50% deposit will be considered as a cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled 45 days prior to arrival
- The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days from the arrival datePlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
