Optional additional services We inform you that there are some additional services available during your stay, all completely optional and at your discretion. 1. Using air conditioning Air conditioning usage is counted based on actual consumption, recorded using the dedicated meter in the facility. Counting will be done from the first use until the day of departure. The cost is € 0.50 for each kWh consumed and will be calculated at the end of the stay. 2. Pool cleaning There are three modes available: - Daily service: A contracted person will clean the pool every day, at a cost of €20.00 per day. The service includes two daily interventions: one in the morning, between 6:00 and 7:00, and one in the late afternoon, approximately between 19:00 and 19:30. The robot pool cleaner will be used during the interventions. - Self-cleaning: you can use the tools provided at the pool free of charge, with the exception of the cleaning robot. - On-demand service: you can request the intervention of an employee by notifying at least the previous day. Here too, the service includes two interventions, one in the morning between 6:00 and 7:00 and one in the late afternoon, between 19:00 and 19:30, using the cleaning robot. The cost is € 30.00 for each individual intervention required. 3. Cleaning the structure with linen change For stays lasting more than a week, you can request a complete cleaning of the property with changing of the sheets and towels of all apartments. Payment methods Payment for any additional services may be made in cash only, as the facility does not have electronic payment systemsGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
