It is necessary to have a official ID (Personal ID, driver's license, passport, etc.) present at the time of arrival in order to validate access to the property. Document presented at the time of the check in has to match the person that is listed on the reservation. For reservations of *less than 5 nights*, one of our representatives will request a photo of you holding your driver's license or other government-issued photo ID together with the credit card used for the reservation. This verification allows us to confirm that the name on the ID matches the name on the credit card and that both belong to the same person, helping prevent fraud and chargebacks. If you choose not to complete this verification process, your reservation will be canceled. For security reasons, only the credit card holder may make the reservation and must be present during the stay.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
