Smoking violations will result in a fine of EUR 400 plus the cost of cleaning, deodorisation and damage repair. Commercial photography / videography without written consent are strictly prohibited. Overnight guests who exceed the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Violating the pet policy could result in a fine. The guest bears the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, key fobs or parking permits. Guests take full responsibility for any damage, injury or loss that occurs on the premises, the property and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage staff. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any damage, fees, costs or expenses associated therewith.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
