￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the designated lockbox. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. ￫ Pools in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. Hourly and seasonal hours of operation can vary - opening in April and closing in October. One of the swimming pools is open all year round. ￫ Nighttime in person assistance with matters beyond the property's responsibility will incur a cost of €25 from 22:00 onwards and €50 from 00:00 onwards. ￫ The Resort has access control to the facilities. All guests must wear a (reusable) wristband, which gives access to the facilities. Each wristband costs 20€ in cases of loss. ￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee of 25€. Please note that construction work is going on nearby from 09:00 to 18:00 and some rooms may be affected by noise. Renovation works are currently ongoing in the condominium, and there is no estimated completion date.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
