The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, one with two single beds) and two sofa beds in the living room, for up to six guests. It is on the ground floor and opens onto a 45 m² private garden.

The estate is a family residential complex: parties, events and loud gatherings are not allowed.
The swimming pool is shared with the residents of the estate and is not supervised. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
