Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Towels are not included in the apartment rate. Guests can request them at the time of booking and at least 7 days before arrival. They can be rented at the property for an additional fee of EUR 5 for towels per person, or guests can bring their own
Please note that a city tax is payable upon arrival. The cost varies depending on the booking period children under 14 years of age are exempt from paying the tourist tax, and it is not payable after the tenth day of your stay.
In compliance with municipal regulations, guests are required to separate waste and take it out in the appropriate bins according to the waste collection calendar. Failure to do so will result in a charge of €25.
Excessive hair and damage caused by pets will be subject to an extra charge.
The damage deposit for the whole property is 150 EUR
The condominium rules require quiet hours in the afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and at night from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Pets are allowed in this facility only upon request at the time of booking and before confirmation of the stay. Small and medium-sized pets are preferred, preferably with short hair, and long-haired cats are not allowed. Charges may be applied upon departure due to excessive hair and damage to objects such as furniture.
Upon arrival, the identity of the person making the reservation and any other person belonging to their group or family will be verified, and the personal data of each person will be collected. Any guests missing at check-in must provide their details upon arrival at the property. Please note that personal data will be processed for the sole purpose of the reservation, in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and for a period equal to the length of stay.
