Additional Guest Charges: We can accommodate up to 6 guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than 6 people, there will be an additional charge of $85 per guest, per night. Early check-in and late check-out, both subject to availability: Early Check-In: Available upon request for $20 per hour (first 2 hours); $40 per hour thereafter. Late Check-Out: Available upon request for $20 per hour (first 2 hours); $40 per hour thereafter. Please contact us to arrange early check-in or late check-out services. All requests must be confirmed and are always subject to availability. Guest Identity Verification: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require the principal guest to complete our verification process. Additionally, we require the principal guest to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and subsequently the reservation will be cancelled. Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form. This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs. It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit. Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 21. Noise Monitoring System: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all, our property features a noise alert monitoring system. Please rest assured that there is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring inside the unit. We respect your privacy. Keep in mind that excessive noise that crosses property lines at an unreasonable volume is prohibited within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance. We ask all our guests to be mindful of their noise levels and be considerate of our neighbors' peace and quiet. Credit Card Authorization: $200 will be temporarily held during check-in to cover incidentals, extended stays, or any potential damages during your visit. This is a temporary hold, which will expire after your check-out. On-site parking is available for only 1 car per reserved room. An additional parking space will incur an additional charge of USD 40 per car per night. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
