The persons to be staying will receive a rental contract which must be signed and returned to the accommodation prior to arrival. If they do not receive the contract on time, they will have to contact the property management company by calling the number indicated on the booking confirmation. The swimming pools are managed by the administration of the residential complex, which reserves the right to modify their hours of use or to close them temporarily for maintenance or to comply with governmental restrictions. We are not responsible for these adjustments, as they are the result of external factors beyond our control.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
