By booking this property, you agree to: • Comply with all house rules, community regulations, and local ordinances. • Maintain respectful noise levels at all times and observe designated quiet hours. • Ensure that all individuals staying at or visiting the property are included in the reservation and approved by the host. • Complete and electronically sign the Short-Term Rental Agreement prior to check-in. • Provide a $100 refundable security deposit prior to check-in. • If the primary guest is under the age of 21, an additional $150 refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in.
