NOISE FROM CONCERTS IN THE PLAZA UNTIL 02:00 FROM 19 TO 27 AUGUST 2023. ROADS CLOSED AND ARENAL CAR PARK CLOSED DURING THE BIG WEEK (FIESTAS) OF BILBAO - FROM 19TH TO 27TH AUGUST 2023. Dining room, kitchen and laundry room SHARED only with the other two rooms (guests), where we will leave the buffet prepared for you in the mornings. We (the hosts) have our own private kitchen. To any person with reduced mobility: Please note the bathroom of room number 4 (double room with private bathroom), only has a bathtub/shower. As can be seen in the photographs, it does not have a "shower tray" at ground level. But it is the only bathroom adjoining/"separate" from the bedroom.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
