In compliance with Spanish legal requirements (Real Decreto 933/2021), guests aged 14 and older must complete a mandatory registration process prior to check-in. A detailed tutorial will be provided before arrival to ensure completion. Heating and air conditioning regulations in Spain follow Real Decreto 14/2022 to support energy-saving measures: Maximum heating temperature: 19°C in winter. Minimum cooling temperature: 27°C in summer. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Guests must leave the apartment in good condition, with dishes washed and garbage removed. House rules: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment. Guests must respect the residential community and avoid noise disturbances between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Only the registered guests on the reservation are allowed access. Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Responsible use of water and energy is encouraged. Central heating: Operates seasonally from November to April. Lost or forgotten keys inside the apartment will incur a €50 charge. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a penalty of €150 and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
