To ensure a swift check-in, the arrival schedule must be provided in advance. The tourist tax is charged separately. A compulsory 300,00€ security deposit will be requested upon check-in. There is no 24 hour reception. All check-in outside the stated schedule are subject to confirmation. Smoking, pets, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden. Silent hours must be respected: 22:00h - 10:00h. If a reservation is made for more than 2 apartments or more than 8 nights, the property manager may contact the guests to request a 30% payment of the total amount, which must be made within 72 hours to guarantee the reservation. This payment will not be refundable.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
