A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation and must be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact guests to provide the necessary bank details. The remaining balance must be paid either by bank transfer a few days before arrival or in cash at check-in. Payments by credit card, debit card, or cheque are not accepted. Guests under 18 years of age may check in only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. To ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all guests, the property does not accept bookings from groups consisting exclusively of teenagers. Towels are not provided. Guests may bring their own bed linen or rent it on site at a cost of €12 per person per stay. If you wish to rent bed linen, please inform the property in advance by using the Special Requests box when booking or by contacting the property directly. A surcharge of €30 applies for arrivals between 18:00 and 20:00. All requests for late check-in must be arranged in advance and are subject to confirmation by the property. Check-in after 20:00 is not possible.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
