A damage deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival. This must be paid in cash. It will be refunded upon check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash once the accommodation has been checked.
Parties, events, or visits from people not included in the current reservation are not permitted during the stay. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional charge of €150, which will be deducted from the deposit provided at check-in.
Pets are not allowed to use the sofa, beds, sun loungers, or chairs during their stay in the house, as they will have their own bed and blanket provided by the accommodation. If this rule is broken or there is any damage to the accommodation caused by pets, a penalty will be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit paid at check-in.
