If there is power outage before you arrival we will inform you as soon as we can, you can chose to get full refund and find new accommodation or stay, if you stay and experienced power outage more than 12 hours in our hotel, you will get a 25% refund automatically for that day No exceptions!Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
