Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charge of EUR 20.00 per person. The elevator is free to use but subject to strict rules. Specifically, only two people are allowed in at a time. Furthermore, you must wait until both doors are completely unlocked before touching the door to open it. The elevators, like other common areas in the building, are under video surveillance. If you break the sliding door, or otherwise require a technician to repair the elevator, the minimum charge is €250. Please also note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment, on its balconies, or in the building in general, and that violating this rule will result in the permanent forfeiture of the security deposit.
