To prevent causing inconvenience for the neighbors, the apartment is equipped with a sound detector which in case there is a loud sound in the apartment the guest will receive a message or phone call to be cautious about the amount of noise. (the sound detector is not able to hear or record anything but the sound volume| we fully respect your privacy). - For your comfort, we provide a starter supply of shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, and other essential consumable items upon check-in. Kindly note that, as this is a private accommodation (not a hotel), these items are not replenished during the stay. If you need additional supplies, nearby supermarkets and shops are easily accessible. - We want to keep the space fresh and enjoyable for all our guests, so smoking inside the home isn’t allowed. If smoking is detected indoors, a €200 cleaning fee will apply to cover professional air cleaning and deodorizing services. - Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
