The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. If you lose your keys or leave them inside the accommodation, you will be charged €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Guests should collect new keys from our office. On the day of check-out, guests should remove all trash from the property. Otherwise, a €150 charge will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send you an online check-in link so that all guests can register.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
