A surcharge of 25€ applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Late check-in is subject to an additional fee of EUR 25. All late arrival requests must be confirmed in advance by the staff. The property does not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events. Guests are kindly requested to inform the host in advance of their expected arrival time. This information can be added in the “Special Requests” section during booking or communicated using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash. The deposit will be fully refunded in cash at check-out, subject to a property inspection. Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation rate. Guests can rent them at the property for EUR 10 per person, or bring their own.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
