Please note that Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Our accommodations are individually owned private holiday apartments, not hotel establishments. Each reservation corresponds to a specific apartment, and therefore we do not have alternative rooms available to relocate guests. Although we always aim to have our apartments ready from 3:00 PM, exceptional and unforeseen circumstances, such as technical failures, urgent maintenance issues or necessary repairs, may occasionally delay access to the accommodation. In such situations, we will act as quickly as possible to resolve the issue, keep guests informed and provide access as soon as the apartment is ready and meets the appropriate conditions for occupancy. The apartment may be handed over at any time between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, without this automatically resulting in additional charges, penalties or financial compensation for either party. This condition reflects the particular characteristics of individually managed holiday apartments and the unforeseen circumstances that may arise during their preparation. Our standard check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Guest arrivals outside these hours are subject to the following additional charges: From 8:01 PM to 10:00 PM: €20 From 10:01 PM to 12:00 AM: €35 From 12:01 AM to 2:00 AM: €50 These charges cover the additional service required for guest reception and key handover outside regular check-in hours. These fees will not apply when a delayed check-in is caused by an issue attributable to the accommodation or its management. Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. Any late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to our prior approval and the availability of the accommodation. Guests who remain in the apartment after 11:00 AM without prior authorization will be subject to the following charges: Up to 1 hour late: €40 More than 1 hour and up to 2 hours late: €80 More than 2 hours and up to 3 hours late: €120 More than 3 hours and up to 4 hours late: €160 After this period, an additional charge of €40 will apply for each additional hour or part thereof. Any part of an hour will be charged as a full hour. These charges are intended to cover the operational disruption caused by unauthorized late departures, including delays in cleaning, maintenance and preparing the apartment for incoming guests.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
