Guests enjoy full private access to the property and two complimentary pool passes for the residents’ outdoor pool. Additional guests may purchase daily passes directly at the reception for 30EUR per person. Access to the fully equipped gym is available for 25EUR per day or 50EUR per week. Elevator access ensures smooth entry to all levels of the building. Guests will receive 1 (ONE) keycard access.

For arrivals after 10:00 PM and during the weekends a EUR50 arrival fee applies if you prefer a personal meet & greet at the property (payable in cash upon arrival).

A 50EUR replacement fee applies for any lost key card or pool pass. Guests are asked to switch off the air conditioning when not in the apartment, avoid hanging clothes outside the balcony, and follow the recycling and waste collection guidelines provided in the unit.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
