NO STEALING: Theft of any property items or other guests' belongings is strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately. CLIMATE CONTROL: Thermostats are pre-set for building comfort and cannot be tampered with or changed. DEVICES: Do not tamper with any electronic devices or property equipment. COMMUNICATION: All guest support is handled exclusively via the Booking.com message thread or our official business email only. We do not accept or respond to phone calls or text messages. NON-COMPLIANCE: Failure to provide ID or follow house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund. - NO FIREARMS: Firearms, weapons, and dangerous materials of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property premises at all times. - NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES: Commercial vehicles, trucks, and large utility vans are strictly prohibited from parking on or around the property due to strict neighborhood police patrol enforcement. Rental Agreement: Guests are required to sign our standard Short-Term Rental (STR) Agreement prior to check-in. Signing this document is 100% mandatory to receive check-in instructions and access the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
