- We are a fully self check-in property with a manually operated padlock gate. ▪️This property is not suitable for children under 6 years old and cannot accommodate infants or young children. ▪️We have a unique home and we can't wait to welcome your unique self into our space! ▪️As per South African legislation and our insurance rules, for every stay, we request all our guests to complete a registration form and attach a copy of their identity (ID/Passport)This document will never be shared with any 3rd party and will be kept in an encrypted file. ▪️PLEASE INQUIRE SHOULD YOU NEED PARKING AS WE HAVE LIMITED SPACE! NO PARKING RESERVATION, NO PARKING WILL BE GRANTED. ▪️Good manners at all times. Please leave the place as you found it. ▪️Strictly no parties or events. ▪️This is one of two cottages in the yard with a house rented by tenants. Please be mindful and considerate of that in your conduct and manners. ▪️Any damage/breakage, will be charged for accordingly ▪️No guests or visitors allowed, a R500 fee will be charged for any unauthorized visitors. Fine charged per visitor. ▪️STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE COTTAGE. This is permitted outside ▪️STRICTLY NO BURNING OF ANY INCENSE OR CANDLES IN THE COTTAGE, etc. ▪️The host will not be liable for (& not limited to) any loss, theft, damage, injury of whatever nature. ▪️For stays longer than 10 days we provide housekeeping every 7 days at a cost of R200. This is for maintenance purposes and to ensure that our guests continue to have a comfortable and clean stay. This amount can be paid directly to the host. ▪️Additional cleaning is available upon request, at an additional cost. ▪️South Africa occasionally experiences power outages. These are usually announced in advance via community groups or apps. We'll share any relevant updates with you as soon as we receive them. However, please note that timelines and durations are not always guaranteed and can change at short notice. Please request for parking before check-in (if you haven't already) as parking is dependent on availability.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
