Before arrival, guests must choose one of the following damage-protection options: • An AED 2,000 refundable security deposit, refunded after check-out following the property inspection, provided no damage or missing items are identified; or • Non-refundable Damage Insurance at AED 40 / €10 per night. Guests will select and complete their preferred option through the secure online guest portal after booking. The selected option must be completed before check-in instructions are issued.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
