Please note that: - a surcharge of €30 applies for arrivals after 20:30. - a surcharge of €50 applies for arrivals after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note the house rules: Guests are required to complete their online check-in and to provide a photo of their passport through our management system in accordance with public safety laws. Personal data are treated according to the privacy law EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament. Late check-in fees: We are happy to meet for check-in and hand-over of keys at any hour of the day. However, we kindly ask you to understand that we charge for late check-in. This fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival; €30 after 20:30 and €50 after 24. Note: During your stay with us, we provide 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 3 towels per guest (1 large, 1 medium and 1 small), shampoo, soap, body wash, all necessary bed linens and 1 kitchen towel. Upon request, we can provide an extra cleaning and/or fresh towels and linens throughout your stay for an extra fee. Early check-in/Late check-out: You can request early check-in and/or late check-out upon availability for an extra fee. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT KEYS: - In case of loss of keys we will ask you to pay €100 in order to substitute the key. - If we have to change the lock on the door we will ask you to pay the bill, which may vary on the date and time, between €250 and €500. - We remind guests to NEVER leave the keys inside the lock, as you will not be able to enter the apartment. In this case, we would need to call the locksmith who will charge €250/€500 depending on time and date.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
