Air Condition Units: In order to save Energy and sustainability to improve the environment, the Air Condition units are operated by 1 Euro and 2 Euro coin meter. Six euro per night calculated on the total number of nights stay will be credited to the guests free of charge, but once that amount are used, the guests will need to use their own money to insert in the coin meter to operate the air conditions units. Dogs are not allowed inside the interior of the house but they are welcome to stay at the exterior of the house outside in the terraces and ground. Dogs must be always supervised and not to be left unattended. Dogs are also not allowed inside the swimming pole. Dogs must be three years old or over. Owners for small size dogs can request further information from the host prior to reservation. Dogs are only allowed to stay on the owners/guests own responsibilities for the safety and welfare of their dogs. The host is not responsible whatsoever for the health and safety of the guest's pets.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
