Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
It is mandatory to provide a valid RC/Vacation insurance certificate during the stay on board to get the keys to the boat. Failure to present this insurance upon arrival will be considered a cancellation at the expense of the tenant.
In the event of a Special Weather Bulletin announced during, or prior to, the booked stay, the rental will be postponed for safety reasons to people and property.
Parties, events and other disturbances of the same type that may hinder the users of the port are strictly forbidden on board and will lead to an immediate cancellation of the rental at the expense of the tenant.
Early departure or late arrival will not result in any refund!
If for any reason (change of tenant’s opinion, tenant’s obligation to
personal, or professional reason for breaking the lease, weather, sea condition,
events related to the marina, the list not being exhaustive ), the tenant, came to want
stop the rental early, under no circumstances will he be able to request a refund to the
owner . The early repayment of the security and surety deposits cannot take place if the
owner is unable to make the inventory. Security deposits & sureties would
then returned by post within 15 days (working days), after checking the ship and its
equipment. The tenant will be obliged to return the ship’s keys to the owner to allow
secure the latter immediately after his departure, under penalty of being charged a set of keys
complete and the access badge to the sanitary facilities of the Banyuls-sur-Mer Harbour Office, 80 € (eighty euros).
