Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the contract on time, they should call the property management company using the telephone number on the booking confirmation. Guests under 18. Guests must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required. Guests will be charged 7 days prior to arrival. Payment is by credit card. This amount should be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be refunded to the credit card provided that no damages have been made. Animals are accepted on request and there is a surcharge of 100 PLN per stay up to 2 days and 150 PLN per stay over 2 days. Please note that the property can be reached by phone during office hours 10-20. Early check-in from 1 PM and late check-out until 1 PM is possible for a surcharge of 40 PLN per option.
