The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines If keys are lost or left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours.New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; Otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
