During the winter season, all cars (including rental cars) must be equipped with winter tires and/or snow chains, as required by local regulations. We also strongly recommend these items because access to the apartment's garage is via a ramp, which can be slippery in snowy or icy conditions. Please ensure your vehicle is properly equipped before arrival. Please note that the property will be prepared based on the number of guests indicated in the reservation (standard linen set for two guests, double bed). Any additional guests or changes to the bed configuration require an extra fee and must be requested through the booking channel at least 12 hours prior to arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
