Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 1300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Only in case of House rental: when the house is rented in its entirety, a charge of 160€ for complete cleaning is applied + a charge of 20€/room for linen/baths. These charges are all-inclusive.
A deposit of €1300 is required on arrival. This must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 5 days of departure. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer, if no damage has been noted by the establishment.
