1. Check-in Requirements 1.1. All guests are required to provide a valid identification document (photo or scan) prior to check-in, in accordance with legal requirements. 1.2. The tourist tax must be paid immediately after the reservation is made via the provided payment link (credit card only). 1.3. Access to the apartment will not be granted until the identification process is completed and the tourist tax has been paid. 1.4. In certain cases, this fee may be allocated as a property use tax related to accommodation usage. 2. General Rules 2.1. A security camera is installed outside the apartment entrance and is used solely to verify the number of persons entering the apartment. 2.2. The apartment may only be used by registered guests. 2.3. For stays longer than 10 days, mandatory cleaning is required every 7 days. The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers only the initial cleaning before check-in. Any additional mandatory cleanings during the stay will be charged separately at the standard cleaning rate and must be paid by credit card before check-in. 2.4. Any violation of the house rules may result in a penalty of €200 per violation, may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, and any damages or additional costs may be charged to the credit card used for the reservation. 2.5. Keys must be returned to their original location upon departure. 2.6. Guests are required to allow access to the apartment when necessary (e.g., maintenance, inspections, or emergencies). 3.
